Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for sellers ("You", "Seller") to use the ZustBuy.com ("We", "Platform") eCommerce marketplace.

1. Registration & Eligibility

By registering as a seller, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business and tax information

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Maintain the quality and integrity of your listings

2. Product Listings

• All listings must be truthful, complete, and compliant with platform guidelines

• Prohibited items (e.g., counterfeit goods, illegal products) are strictly forbidden

• ZustBuy.com reserves the right to remove or restrict any listing at its discretion

3. Order Fulfillment

• Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivering orders within promised timelines

• Sellers must provide valid tracking information

• Consistently late, canceled, or unfulfilled orders may lead to account suspension

4. Fees and Payouts

• ZustBuy.com may charge a commission or listing fee (specified in your seller dashboard)

• Payouts are processed [weekly/monthly] via your selected payment method, after deducting platform fees

5. Customer Service

• Sellers are expected to respond to buyer inquiries within 24–48 hours

• Sellers must handle returns and refunds according to our Return & Refund Policy

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your seller account for:

• Repeated policy violations

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity

• Poor performance or customer complaints

7. Limitation of Liability

ZustBuy.com is not liable for:

• Losses due to listing errors

• Shipping delays

• Third-party service failures

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Raipur(Chhattisgarh).
